In today's virtual, social networking world, there is a downside: online rather than personal interaction is creating a climate of social awkwardness and a lack of confidence, particularly among young people. If we don't demonstrate our abilities or show our unique qualities, it's difficult to be confident about them. We need to practice to improve our confidence and we need to know how.
No one is 100 per cent confident all the time. Most of us feel confident about some things, but not others, which provides a place to start and something on which to build as we learn to be confident. And once we realize that we can address this, we can learn ways to manage new situations or things we fear with newly acquired confidence skills.

We do thoroughly inspect all shipments before sending them off, damages can sometimes occur. We ask that you inspect your pieces immediately upon receipt and notify us of any damage asap so we can take the appropriate measure to rectify the situation. Please also take pictures of the box and any damages that may have occurred. Damages must be reported within 15 days of receipt be eligible for refund or replacement
