Shipments happen within 2-3 days of purchase,* Monday-Friday. When your item(s) , have been packed and are ready to be shipped you will receive an email with tracking information. All orders shipping within the domestic U.S. should arrive to their destination within 2-5 business days after shipment.
International packages can take anywhere from 7-30 business days dependent on location, and unfortunately once shipments leave the US they are no longer able to be tracked.
Because we pride ourselves on not making a profit on shipping costs when shipping an order if the amount a customer paid for shipping largely differs than the amount it costs to actually ship the order you will receive a refund for the difference.
In the rare case that an order weighs over 10 pounds additional shipping charges may incur.
Large Furniture shipments will incur a flat fee of $75-$150 if shipping within the domestic US. For international furniture shipments please email email@example.com for a quote before placing your order.

Please note that this shipping time is an estimation and is based on the product availability. If an item you have ordered is on backorder we will contact you with an estimated shipping date.

"Back-Ordered" and “Pre-Order” Items >
Certain items will say “PRE ORDER” in the title and/or description itself because we allow our customer’s to order certain high demand items in advance. In the description of each pre-order or back ordered item you’ll find an estimated ship date. This is only an estimation, this date can change at any time based on manufacturer’s availability. If you order numerous items both pre-order and in stock your shipment will not ship out until ALL items have arrived and are in stock. If you’d like your in-stock items to ship immediately an additional shipping fee may apply, so please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Order Cancellations >
You are able to cancel your order for a full refund if done within 24 hours of purchase as long as said order has not been processed and shipped. Simply email email@example.com with your order number.

ALL ITEMS ARE PERSONALLY INSPECTED BEFORE SHIPMENT TO MAKE SURE YOU RECEIVE YOUR ITEMS IN PERFECT CONDITION! IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH YOUR ITEM FOR ANY REASON, YOU MAY RETURN** THE PRODUCTS WITHIN 10 DAYS WITH ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING, TAGS, AND RECEIPT FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY. ONCE ITEMS ARE RECEIVED BACK TO US AND INSPECTED TO MAKE SURE THERE ARE NO DAMAGES YOU WILL RECEIVE A DIGITAL GIFT CARD VIA THE EMAIL ADDRESS PROVIDED THAT WILL NEVER EXPIRE.
